Approximately 66,904 square feet of MBCI SuperLok 16-inch standing-seam rib and 2,000 square feet of MBCI PBR were installed on the 109,000-square-foot project.
Roof Report
Pritchardville Elementary administrators were looking for a roof that would be durable and tolerate high winds and other bad weather. They also wanted something that would last a considerable amount of time while being energy efficient. An MBCI roof can last 40 years and longer, and its coatings provide the energy efficiency administrators sought. The new-construction project began in January 2009 and was completed in January 2011.
