Make Housing and Travel Reservations for the 2015 IRE

Attendees and exhibitors of the 2015 International Roofing Expo (IRE) can now make housing and travel reservations through the official hotel vendor, Travel Planners. Offering hotel, airline and car rental discounts through a variety of companies, Travel Planners offers the biggest savings and most valuable perks.

Taking place Feb. 24-26, 2015, at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, the show will offer roofing contractors of all sizes and specialties a comprehensive preview of the entire roofing construction and maintenance industry.

“We negotiated the lowest rates and amenities at a variety of hotels in proximity to the Convention Center,” said Tracy Garcia, CEM, IRE Show Director. “Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to reserve their rooms early, as hotels sell out quickly and discounted rates are only available for a limited time.”

In addition to the specially negotiated rates, attendees and exhibitors who book their rooms through the official housing service will enjoy certain additional benefits:

• Room rates are guaranteed to be the lowest rates
• If any official show hotel lowers its rates, or lower rates are found, the rates for 2015 IRE automatically are lowered and new confirmations generated
• No deposit is required at time of booking• Complimentary shuttle bus service is provided for guests between the official show hotels and Morial Convention Center, except those in walking distance.

The beautiful New Orleans Marriott will serve as the headquarter hotel and will host most NRCA meetings and events.

The hotels in the IRE block that are in walking distance include Embassy Suites New Orleans Convention Center, Hampton Inn and Suites Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center, Hilton New Orleans Riverside, Hyatt Place (formerly Hotel New Orleans), and Wyndham Riverfront New Orleans.

The hotels in the IRE block that offer shuttle service are in walking distance include Astor Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter, Hotel Le Marais, New Orleans Marriott, Royal Sonesta New Orleans, and Sheraton New Orleans.

American, Delta, United, Air Canada and AlaskaAir will serve as official airlines, offering service from destinations nationwide to the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Discounts are available off published airfares and based on availability, offering the most cost-efficient travel routes to the show.
