NRCA Offers NRCA Qualified Trainer Conferences Remotely

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) has made available Qualified Trainer Virtual Conferences to help new trainers gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and seasoned participants learn best practices for delivering powerful workforce improvement presentations and effective hands-on training.

In addition, participants will gain access to NRCA’s training resources and be equipped to train new employees, getting them onboarded faster and more efficiently; provide guidance to midlevel employees looking to further their careers; and assist seasoned employees who are pursuing NRCA ProCertification. The virtual conference is recommended for those who would like to onboard new employees as effectively as possible; increase worker retention rates; maximize workforce efficiency; and engage, coach and make a difference in their companies.

Virtual conferences will take place on the Zoom platform. During the pre-conference webinar, NRCA will discuss specifics about Zoom and how to set up your space for optimal participation. NRCA will ship handouts and a table-top mockup, so registration will close three business days before each event.
