Roof Report

Before breaking ground on the project, the design and construction team met with the owners to evaluate and state goals to ensure a green project design. The design of the facility integrates sustainable building strategies from the ground up and complies with the LEED criteria from the U.S. Green Building Council, Washington, D.C.

Including AEP Span’s architectural metal panels in Cool Dura Tech 5000 coating along with other green-building materials and LEED-compliant innovations represents Sutter Health’s commitment to the local community in which it serves and regional sustainability concerns.
