65,000 square feet of 16-inch-wide, 22-gauge Tite-Loc Plus in slate gray
COATING: Valspar Fluropon
30,000 square feet of M-36 Siding in charcoal for regular-rolled panels and silver for reverse-rolled panels
UNIQUE CHARACTERISTIC: The charcoal siding panels were manufactured as standard product with ribs “out”, but the architect chose to have the silver panels “reverse rolled” with the ribs “in” to create a wider-looking, flat panel.
ROOF AND SIDING MANUFACTURER: Petersen Aluminum Corp.
This project was the largest single building Petersen Aluminum has supplied in the past two years. More than 100,000 square feet of PAC materials were installed between the roof and siding contracts. Roofing and siding work began in summer 2012 and was completed summer 2013.
