  1. I’ve been wondering what the best method would be for my damaged roof. Most of my roof damage comes from moisture. From what you’ve said, it sounds like this restoration system might be exactly what I need. How long does it take to apply the coating system?

    • I am also curious about how long it takes to apply the coating?

    • The time frame of the application would depend on a few different parameters:
      – How much Square Footage is involved
      – How many people are applying the product
      – Is application being roller or spray applied
      – What coating system is being applied
      – How much roof top penetrations and equipment exist

However, for a basic coating system you are most likely looking at 3-4 days. For a fully reinforced system you are looking more like 7-10 days. Here is the basic process of the installation.
      – Power Wash
      – Complete field repairs if necessary
      – Apply a primer coat
      – Seal & reinforce roof top penetrations with alternating layers of Metacrylics Gel and fabric
      – Apply 2 coats of UV top coat

Generally, you have to wait 24-48 hours between applications of products, depending on local weather and temps, to allow the product to dry and cure.
