Lucas has added two new package designs to the #4500 Semi-Self Leveling Joint Sealer. Packaging now includes a 28-ounce plastic cartridge with a removable tip and a 2-liter re-sealable foil pouch. Both packages will reduce job-site waste, improve productivity and reduce landfill trash. #4500 is ideal for liquid flashing repairs, roof seams, inlaid gutters, repairing polyurethane roofs and filling pitch pans/pockets. Compatible with most acrylic based coating systems, BUR, EPDM, PVC, TPO, urethane foam and other roofing materials, #4500 is the ideal roof sealant.

    The contractors in E. Pa. love the Pitch Pocket Sealant. This new packaging makes it even better. They are going to love the ease of using this sealant. No caulk tubes or carrying extra tools to the roof.

    Absolutely far away the industry’s new leader in a Semi-Self Leveling Joint Sealer, Lucas 4500. The 2 Liter pouch in white or black, best idea in a re-sealable pouch, and well made design. The plastic 28oz. caulking cartridge with re-moveable tip, make new construction and repairs a dream. Contractors’, Roofers’, HVAC Contractors’, this is a sure-fire winner. Thanks Lucas Co.

    The plastic tube and removable tip are great enhancements to reduce waste! Also, since #4500 is “Semi” Self Leveling, it won’t spill over the edges of a pitch pan. That is, it doesn’t require a second product around the perimeter of the pitch pan to keep the sealant contained in the pocket around the edges. Great product!
