The material uses contrasting stone chip colors to provide a multi-blend (HD) accent to suit almost any architecture. Each panel effectively incorporates an industry first – offset, multi-grooved, deep weather, side-lap with Hi-Lo panel surfaces that create the classic cottage look.

The technical innovation and quality of the product begins with a computerized stone-chip grading and blending process. Boral uses a finer, higher quality, non-oiled natural granite stone chip that provides one of the tightest industry stone-coating matrixes available. Colors are either solid or flashed to provide a variegated non-patterned appearance.

Boral Cottage Shingle roofing is available in a variety of colors including Shadow Wood, Walnut, Weathered Timber, Birch, Cedar and Sage Green.

According to the manufacturer, Boral Steel is highly corrosion resistant AZ-50 Galvalume steel coated with specially prepared and treated with proprietary primer to enhance acrylic adhesion. Boral Basecoat is a proprietary special formulation developed by the world’s largest resin supplier to promote long-life performance in all climates.

The Johnny Jack roof bracket’s patent-pending design provides a better platform for staging materials on steep-slope roofs. Made in the U.S.A. by Acro Building Systems, the roof bracket is designed to stage materials on architectural roofing, including metal shingles, slate, tile and asphalt, while never covering the anchor screws. It features a 5 1/2-inch surface clearance, and is ideal for working around dormers. Operational dimensions are 7 by 1 foot and the bracket folds to 48 inches for storage. The bracket, which weighs 14 pounds, is powder coated safety yellow and spans 6 1/2 feet.
