National Roofing Partners Hires Jay Wilbanks as Director of Project Management

National Roofing Partners (NRP) is proud to announce the addition of Jay Wilbanks as Director of Project Management to the NRP team. Wilbanks has a strong history in construction with executive level program management where he specialized in large-scale, retail development.

Most recently, Wilbanks worked for Icon Identity Solutions as a senior program manager where his responsibilities included business development, preconstruction, estimation and project management. He has a well-established record of achievement and demonstrated success at the senior project management level working for UCS Construction and with his own family-owned business, Wilbanks Construction.

Wilbanks holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also active with the Knox-Corinthian Masonic Lodge #851, and Pentagon Lodge #1080 where he was raised to Master on May 12, 2012. He has served in various officer positions in Pentagon Lodge #1080 and Knox-Corinthian Lodge #851.

National Roofing Partners Hires David Adams as Vice President of Revenue

National Roofing Partners announced the addition of David Adams as Vice President of Revenue to the NRP team. Adams who has a record of achievement of 28 years and has demonstrated success leading numerous successful companies in facilities and construction related businesses will lead the NRP sales team.

Adams has a long history of working on the national account level including work with Tremco, CentiMark, RoofConnect, Facilities Solutions in his own consulting group as a Business Management Consultant. He has been extremely successful working with national accounts including multiple nationwide and regional companies along with lobbying at the state level. In his position as Vice President of Revenue, he now reports directly to the president of National Roofing Partners, Dale Tyler. He will be responsible for the company’s growth and revenue plans along with additional sales team recruitment, training and expansion into new sales verticals.

Adams holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Kenyon College, Gambier, OH where he had a double major in economics and psychology. He continues to be involved on the national level as the current industry chair for the Center for Job Order Contracting Excellence, a non-profit organization serving to educate and share best practices for the most utilized construction project delivery method.

National Roofing Partners Hires New Controller

National Roofing Partners (NRP) announced the addition of Kyrah Coker to the NRP team. Coker has more than 20 years of progressively responsible finance experience directing companies financially from start-up through growth modes.

Coker has spent the last 12 years as a director of finance and operations with a private, woman-owned and operated construction business (WBE) in Dallas. She helped grow the company exponentially, securing and maintaining bonded municipal contracts with the City of Dallas and other surrounding cities. Prior to transitioning into construction accounting, Coker spent over a decade as a branch manager in a publicly held Telecom company headquartered in Atlanta. During this time, she developed strong accounting experience and became an Intuit Pro Advisor.

“Kyrah has the background and focus that NRP needs. Her financial knowledge and talent is not only important in day-to-day operations but is also critical as we continue our aggressive growth and use of technology through all parts of our business,” stated Dale Tyler, president of NRP. “NRP is fully committed to utilizing technology in communications and processes, providing the best experience for national accounts and facility managers. Coker holds a B.A. and M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas where she held active leadership/board roles in SPEAK (Students for Political Education and Knowledge) and Phi Theta Kappa Iota Honor Society. She has served as roll call liaison with local police departments for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, is an active member in Women in Film Dallas, in support of her adult son in acting, and a volunteer with Food on the Move’s Summer Program.
