LINE-X Protective Coatings Opens Master Franchise in Australia

LINE-X Protective Coatings, a developer and provider of high-performance protective coatings, announces the grand opening of its first-ever master franchise in Australia. Based in Welshpool, the store includes a spray-booth for LINE-X applications, as well as automotive and camping accessories to appeal to the avid outdoor enthusiasts. As a master franchise, they plan to launch five pilot stores across each state as they further develop the Australian model.

LINE-X Announces Winners of ‘Race to the Finish’ Sweepstakes

LINE-X, a retail automotive aftermarket franchise and provider of high-performance spray-on bedliners, announced the winners of its NASCAR “Race to the Finish” Sweepstakes. Thousands of fans swarmed to LINE-X’s Facebook Fan Page and their local LINE-X stores to enter. Congratulations to the grand prize winner, Steve Rhodus from Avondale, Ariz. Steve and his family traveled to the Daytona 500 Race and have been gifted a race hood signed by Alex Bowman and Dale Earnhardt Jr. The lucky winner of a signed race suit is Ray Fritz from Hackettstown, N.J. and the signed race helmet winner is Lori Rich from West Newfield, Maine.

LINE-X Partners with Make-A-Wish Foundation to Grant the Wish of a San Antonio Teen

Locally owned LINE-X of San Antonio, a franchise of LINE-X Protective Coatings, a developer and provider of high performance protective coatings, has partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant the wish of local San Antonio teen, Brandon to refurbish his 1997 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck. LINE-X of San Antonio helped to create this unique wish for Brandon who has Cystic Fibrosis unveiled the vehicle to him on Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the local LINE-X of San Antonio along with his family, the Make-A-Wish Staff members and volunteers, and LINE-X team.

“Making Brandon’s wish come true was a great experience and to see the look on his face really set this build apart from the normal everyday work. Brandon supplied us with a rough idea of what he wanted and with the donation of time, efforts and products from a team of vendors, manufactures, and warehouse distributors we were able to make his wish come true,” said LINE-X of San Antonio owner, Josh Berg. “Make-A-Wish has the ability to do wonderful things for children with life threatening medical conditions and we are truly honored that we could help grant a wish that was in our scope of work.”

For aesthetics, the team also contributed a refreshed paint job, camo wrap on rocker panels, custom leather interior and a full detail job of the truck.
