CertainTeed will serve as a co-sponsor of the 2018 Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas (HCAC) Gala & Brilliance Awards. The event, which celebrates the accomplishments of Hispanic and minority contractors in the Carolinas, will take place Aug. 3 at the Historic Royal Bakery Building, located at 3801 Hillsborough St. Suite 109 in Raleigh, N.C.

The gala will feature several notable speakers and awards will be presented to honor companies and individuals dedicated to the long-term success, economic growth and business development of Hispanic and minority-owned construction companies in North and South Carolina. These awards include Trade Contractor of the Year, Remodeler of the Year, General Contractor of the Year, Associate of the Year, Partner of the Year and Safety Champion.
The celebration will also feature live music and entertainment representing various cultures. Proceeds of the gala will help the HCAC continue its mission to “provide the necessary resources to ensure the continued progress of our members, while promoting the long-term success of Hispanic-owned construction businesses in the Carolinas.”
