IB Roof Systems Inc. announced it has appointed Erica Adams as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Adams brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational finance, and has a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performance finance teams. She is being promoted from her current role as controller for IB Roof Systems.

Adams will focus on improving and utilizing technology within IB Roof Systems to support continued growth, as well as developing cash flow strategies to supplement new business ventures.
Stanley continued, “Erica has already proven during her time here that she is understands the vision for IB and will key part of the IB future growth.”
Prior to IB Roof Systems, Adams held senior leadership roles at B2B and consumer-facing companies, including as controller of Executive Workspace Management, Cockrell Enovation, and Print Place, as well as the Accounting Manager of Aero Dynamix, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University.
