Peak Roofing Partners Welcomes New Vice President of Sales

Peak Roofing Partners (Peak Roofing), a portfolio company of Exuma Capital Partners, announced Greg Stern as the Vice President of Sales. In this new leadership role, Stern will lead Peak Roofing’s sales initiatives, develop strategic growth plans, and oversee the expansion of the sales team. Reporting directly to Founder Anthony Perera, Stern will be crucial in driving Peak Roofing’s rapid growth strategy.

Stern brings 12 years of roofing industry experience to Peak Roofing. Most recently, he served as Senior National Sales Trainer at Erie Construction, one of the largest residential roofing companies in the country. In his previous role, Stern was instrumental in opening close to 30 locations across the Northeast and East Coast, developing a sales curriculum, and implementing effective sales processes.

In his new role, Stern will focus on creating replicable processes that can be implemented across future acquisitions, developing a plug-and-play organizational structure to help strategic partners maximize their ability to sell and install roofing. He will lead the sales team at Action Roofing Services, a member of the Peak Roofing Partners Family of Companies, while also working with a roof operations coordinator.
