Protect Interiors During Reroofing

TuffWrap Installations Inc. is now exclusively installing SmartSeam for interior protection during reroofing projects. SmartSeam is a suspended cover solution that provides dust and debris containment without the risk of impeding the fire sprinkler system. The product features a heat-reactive seam: Heat from a fire melts the seam, allowing the suspended cover panels to open, which clears the way for sprinklers to function as designed. SmartSeam is antimicrobial, antistatic and flame-retardant, as well as classified under UL 723s for installation below fire sprinklers.
