ProVia Launches “Quick Start” Video Series to Help Combat Challenges of Workforce Turnover

ProVia announced the debut of a new “Quick Start” video series designed to help dealers and contractors who are dealing with the challenges of workforce turnover. When new hires are brought into the organization, there’s some relief, knowing there will be more hands to share the busy workload. However, the next hurdle is often a big one: training. In today’s competitive labor market, it’s not uncommon for these individuals to have little, or even no prior experience in the building trades. 

Each Quick Start video provides a brief, basic instructional format for the installation of a particular exterior building product. This helps viewers ramp up their knowledge quickly, setting the foundation for successful installations. Utilizing a highly visual approach, the videos portray a step-by-step process that can be followed along at the job site, or studied to prepare for the installation. 

The first video in the series, “Quick Start Guide for Installing ProVia Single Entry Doors,” is now available on ProVia’s YouTube channel where it’s rapidly accumulating views, and has above- average viewer retention (as measured by length of time watching the video).
