The teams will submit their proposal packages by December 9, 2019 to be reviewed by the team of judges. A maximum of five finalist teams will be selected to travel to the International Roofing Expo in Dallas, where they will present their proposals as if they were presenting to the general contractor for the project on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Finalists will be named on January 6, 2020.
