Sheet Metal Supply has purchased two machines that will provide the capability to produce heavier, longer and more precise product for the glazing industry as well as more precise custom substructural components for the fa\u00e7ade products it already produces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sheet Metal Supply has purchased a Safan Darley E-Brake 130T-4100 and an AccurShear 625020 to add to its fleet of machinery at the new Grayslake, Ill., facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new E-brake allows for servo-electronic bending with an E for even bending and offers 30 percent higher productivity and up to 50 percent energy savings with lower CO2 emissions. The AccurShear features a 20-foot blade and can shear metal up to .25 inches thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
