Benninghoff joined the board earlier this spring&nbsp;and will further support the organization\u2019s strategic growth goals and help drive and shape the future of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs Malco\u2019s CEO, Rich is shaping and guiding the company\u2019s future to ensure that Malco will continue to be an industry leader for years to come,\u201d said Board Chair Phil Sponsler. \u201cAs a voting member of the board, Rich\u2019s expertise with strategic partnerships and insights will be essential in growing the company.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benninghoff\u2019s appointment to the Board of Directors is the most recent milestone in Malco\u2019s board transition as the company rolls out&nbsp;the next phase of its strategic growth plan.
