Polyglass Debuts at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference

Polyglass USA, Inc. announced its debut at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) taking place June 19 – 20, 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center, CA. This marks Polyglass’s first-ever participation and exhibition at the event, demonstrating its commitment to expanding its reach and engagement within the building industry.

PCBC is known as one of the largest homebuilding tradeshows in the Western United States, bringing together over 15,000 professionals from the building industry, including developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders. This year’s conference will feature the latest innovations, emerging trends, and state-of-the-art technologies in the construction and building sector.

Polyglass is set to display its wide array of premium roofing and waterproofing products at Booth #113. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore Polyglass’s innovative solutions designed to enhance building durability, efficiency, and sustainability. The exhibition will highlight several products including:

Polyanchor XFR – Ember Resistant Fire Rated Underlayment

Polyanchor XFR is a fire-rated dual purpose ember and water resistant underlayment. Polyanchor XFR features a plastomeric modified bitumen upper compound and a self-sealing SBS modified compound on thebottom.Polyglass’ patent pending Burn-Shield Technology provides superior ember resistance. Polyanchor XFR features a slip-resistant embedded mineral aggregate walking surface which contributes to the overall ember resistance of the membrane. The bottom surface is sanded to protect the self-sealing compound. Polyanchor XFR is ideally suited for mechanically attaching under clay/concrete tile roof covering systems where ember resistance is required or desired.

Polystick XFR – Fire Resistant Self-Adhered Roof Underlayment

Polystick XFR is a self-adhered waterproofing underlayment with superior fire resistance designed for metal roof coverings. Utilizing ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered technology, Polystick XFR features a polymer modified bitumen upper compound and a proprietary self-adhesive SBS (elastomeric) compound on the bottom. A split release film that protects the self adhesive compound allows for easy application.

Modifleece – Fleeceback SBS (Elastomeric) Base Sheet

Modifleece is a fleece-backed Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane base sheet for use in multi-ply low-slope roofing systems. Utilizing a unique laminating process, a specially formulated dual compound is integrated into the polyester fabric to create a monolithic bond between the two components. The self-adhered side laps are protected with a release film which is removed at the time of application, exposing the aggressive self-adhered SBS compound which provides immediate watertight seams.

Polyglass will offer insightful presentations on the latest advancements in roofing technology and sustainable building practices. Polyglass aims to educate attendees on the benefits of their products and how they contribute to long-lasting, eco-friendly, projects.

Polyglass invites all PCBC attendees to visit Booth #113 to learn more about their products, meet their team of experts, and discover how Polyglass can support their roofing and waterproofing needs.
