MCA Awards First Scholarships to Five Deserving Students

The Metal Construction Association (MCA) is excited to announce that five outstanding students affiliated with MCA member companies have been chosen as the first recipients of the association’s scholarship program. Through this new MCA member benefit, funding has been awarded to the following five students to help them pursue their dreams.

Reymundo Bahena, McElroy Metal, Houston, TX. Reymundo will graduate in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX.

Nathan Galinski, DuPont, Wilmington, DE. A high school student in New Jersey, Nathan will seek a degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Virginia.

Bryce Keirn, Sheffield Metals, Inc., Sheffield Village, OH. Bryce is pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering at Oklahoma State University with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.

Laiklyn Squyres, McElroy Metal, Bossier City, LA. Laiklyn is a student athlete completing high school before seeking a physical therapy degree at the University of Louisiana.

Elizabeth Warren, Interlock Roofing, Delta, BC. Elizabeth is in the entry-to-practice doctor of pharmacy program at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, and expects to graduate in 2027.
