The Roofing Alliance Announces MVP Award Winners at NRCA’s Virtual Awards Ceremony

The Roofing Alliance, celebrating 25 years as the foundation of the NRCA, announced this year’s winners of the Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards at NRCA’s Virtual Awards Ceremony held March 5, 2021.

 In the Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards’ 21^st year, seven winners were recognized for outstanding on-the-job performance and workmanship and other noteworthy contributions outside the workplace. This year’s winners are:

• Heath Baker, superintendent with KPost Roofing and Waterproofing, Dallas, Texas: Outstanding On-the-Job Performance and Workmanship; Outstanding Performance and Other Noteworthy Contributions Outside the Workplace

• Riann Cayaban, foreman with Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing, HI, Inc., Waipahu, Hawaii: Outstanding On-the-Job Performance and Workmanship

• Mike Crawford, foreman with ABC Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC, Portland, Oregon: Outstanding On-the-Job Performance and Workmanship.

• Jeffrey Doll, warehouse employee with CentiMark Corporation, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania: Outstanding Performance and Other Noteworthy Contributions Outside the Workplace

• Tim Hollo, field worker and foreman with 1st Choice Roofing, Cleveland, Ohio: Outstanding Performance and Other Noteworthy Contributions Outside the Workplace

• Arturo Lopez, foreman with Stiles Roofing, Inc., Lebanon, Missouri: Outstanding On-the Job Performance and Workmanship; Outstanding Performance and Other Noteworthy Contributions Outside the Workplace

• Bakay Omorov, foreman with Deer Park Roofing, Cincinnati, Ohio: Outstanding On-the-Job Performance and Workmanship; Outstanding Performance and Other Noteworthy Contributions Outside the Workplace

The MVP Program goes a step further, and one of the MVP winners is chosen as the Best of the Best winner. The Best of the Best award is an honor co-sponsored by OMG Roofing Products and Professional Roofing magazine.
